*Requirements: *

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or Account Executive, preferably in the South East region.
  • Demonstrable ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of the local market and key players within the industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
  • Ability to travel as needed within the South East region.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skill Requirements

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Sales Manager to join our team. This role will be instrumental in driving the growth of our sales revenue by expanding and maintaining relationships with key clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team.

  • Develop and implement strategic account management plans that maximize sales revenue and market share for assigned accounts.
  • Manage existing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services.
  • Achieve or exceed annual sales targets by actively pursuing new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Product Development, Customer Service) to ensure customer needs are understood and addressed effectively.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Account Executives, providing coaching and guidance on sales strategies, techniques, and best practices.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats in the sales territory.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and account information in our CRM system.
  • Participate in strategic planning initiatives to help shape the future direction of the organization's sales strategy.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a management role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales methodologies.
  • Ability to travel as required (approximately 50%).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce or similar CRM software.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate a team towards achieving sales targets.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in response to changing business needs and priorities.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Experience working within the South East region.
  • Knowledge of our industry or a related field.
  • Experience using Salesforce Advanced Features (e.g., forecasting, opportunity management, and lead management).
  • Certification in sales methodologies such as Solution Selling, SPIN Selling, or Sandler Selling System.
