Day-to-Day Tasks

In this role as an Accountant within our organization, you will be expected to perform a range of financial management tasks on a daily basis to ensure the smooth operation and growth of our business. Here's an overview of your day-to-day responsibilities:

*Financial Reporting: *

You will prepare accurate and timely financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements for management and external use. These reports will help inform strategic decision-making and enable us to comply with relevant regulations.

• *Account Reconciliation:

You will be responsible for reconciling all accounts on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and compliance. This includes bank reconciliations, account payable, account receivable, and general ledger reconciliations.

• *Tax Compliance:

You will manage the preparation, review, and submission of tax returns for the organization. This includes corporate tax, VAT, and any other relevant taxes. You will also ensure compliance with all relevant tax legislation and regulations.

• *Budgeting and Forecasting:

You will assist in the creation of annual budgets and financial forecasts. These documents will be crucial in guiding our strategic planning and ensuring we meet our financial objectives.

• *Financial Analysis:

You will perform financial analysis to support decision-making across the organization. This may involve analyzing trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement or growth opportunities.
