- Coordinating with the finance team on credit and collection policies
- Reconciling bank statements and other accounts
- Assisting with ad hoc tasks as required by the finance department To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience in an Accounts Receivable position within a similar industry
- Excellent numerical skills with strong attention to detail

Job Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the accounts receivable function within the organization. Responsibilities:
- Processing incoming payments, ensuring accurate recording of transactions
- Maintaining up-to-date records of customer accounts
- Chasing overdue invoices and communicating effectively with customers regarding payment statuses
- Reconciling bank statements and resolving any discrepancies
- Assisting in the preparation of month-end reports and financial statements
- Liaising with other departments, including Sales and Credit Control, to ensure accurate and timely invoicing Requirements:
- Proven experience in an accounts receivable role, preferably within a fast-paced business environment
