*Qualifications & Experience: *
- Relevant construction qualification, such as a BTEC/HND or Degree in Construction Management, Building Surveying, Civil Engineering, or similar. A professional membership with institutions such as the CIOB, RICS, or ICE is desirable but not essential.
- Proven experience working within a construction environment, preferably in a Site Engineer or Assistant Site Manager role.
- Strong technical knowledge of building practices and regulations, including experience with AutoCAD, BIM software, and other relevant design and estimation tools.
- Demonstrable leadership skills with the ability to motivate, manage, and develop team members effectively.
