The Organisation is seeking a highly motivated and analytically minded individual for the role of Associate - Ratings Advisory based in East of England. *Role Summary: *

As an Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of ratings advisory projects, working collaboratively within our team and liaising with clients to ensure successful project outcomes. Your role is critical in helping our clients navigate the complexities of the global credit market, ensuring they receive accurate, timely, and actionable advice to enhance their credit profile.

*Key Responsibilities: *

  • Assist in the preparation and execution of ratings advisory projects, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of client financials, industry trends, and macroeconomic factors to inform credit opinions.
  • Prepare accurate and insightful reports, presentations, and other documentation for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative solutions for clients' ratings challenges.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our ratings advisory methodologies and processes.
  • Participate in business development activities, such as pitching to potential clients and contributing to proposal development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, demonstrating exceptional service and professionalism at all times.

*Qualifications: *

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. Professional qualifications such as the CFA or CAIA are desirable but not essential.
  • Proven experience in ratings advisory, credit analysis, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of financial modeling software is a plus.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to learn and grow within the ratings advisory field.
