In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with young people who require additional support to manage their behaviour. Your primary goal will be to help these individuals develop positive behaviours, improve their emotional wellbeing, and enhance their social skills.

- Develop, implement, and review individualised behaviour support plans in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team.
