Job Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a residential block, ensuring the highest levels of service delivery, maintenance, and tenant satisfaction.
- *Building Management:
Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the assigned residential block, including common areas, communal facilities, and external grounds. Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
- *Tenant Relations:
Establish and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing their concerns promptly and professionally. Facilitate smooth communication between tenants and the organisation regarding any issues or requests.
- *Service Delivery:
Coordinate and oversee the provision of services such as cleaning, waste disposal, security, and maintenance within the block. Ensure that these services are delivered efficiently, effectively, and to a high standard.
