- Keep abreast of changes in building safety regulations and industry trends, and share this knowledge with the team to continually improve our services.
*Qualifications: *
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional qualification in Building Safety Consultancy is highly desirable.
- Proven experience as a Building Safety Consultant or a similar role within the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and regulations applicable to your region.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in relevant software for report generation, inspections, and project management.
- A valid driver's license and a willingness to travel within the North West region as required.
