  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in a Campaign Reporting & Optimisation or similar role within digital marketing.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Campaign Reporting & Optimisation Manager to join our team in the East of England. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the success of our digital marketing campaigns by leveraging data and insights to optimise campaign performance and improve overall marketing ROI.

  • Manage and execute comprehensive reporting and analysis of all digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Develop and implement strategies for optimising campaign performance based on data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate campaign reporting and optimisation efforts into overall marketing strategy.
  • Utilise A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other conversion rate optimisation techniques to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing, and apply this knowledge to enhance our campaigns.
