Qualifications and Skills
- A minimum of a Level 2 or equivalent vocational training in Professional Cookery from a recognised institution
- Relevant professional certifications such as City & Guilds, BTEC or NVQ are highly desirable
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Chef de Partie in a high-volume, fast-paced culinary environment
