*Responsibilities: *

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure using AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and more.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve software deployment processes, scalability, and reliability.
• Write scripts and automation tools using Python and Terraform to streamline our DevOps workflows.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and performance problems proactively, implementing solutions that minimize downtime and maximize system resilience.
• Ensure compliance with best practices and security standards across all cloud resources.
• Participate in on-call rotation to address urgent incidents outside regular working hours.
• Collaborate with the wider team on initiatives such as containerization, microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in DevOps, cloud computing, and related technologies to continually improve our infrastructure and practices.

*Requirements: *

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer in an AWS environment with a strong understanding of cloud architecture principles.
• Proficiency in Python and scripting languages for automation tasks.
• Expertise in Terraform for infrastructure as code management.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working collaboratively with development teams to improve software deployment and scalability.
• Knowledge of security best practices and experience securing cloud resources.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
• Experience working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, TravisCI, or CircleCI is also advantageous. • Strong proficiency in Terraform for IaC.
• Proficient in Python for scripting and automation tasks.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, CircleCI, or similar.
• Experience with cloud monitoring and logging tools like CloudWatch, ELK Stack, or Splunk.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to respond effectively to incidents.
