  • Collaborate with the Estates team to ensure our facilities meet safety standards and regulations.
  • Assist in managing external contractors for larger repair jobs and projects.
  • Contribute to a culture of sustainability by implementing energy-efficient practices and monitoring utility consumption.
  • Perform routine inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify areas for improvement or potential safety hazards.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory.
  • Provide support during emergency situations, ensuring the safety of all personnel and minimizing property damage.
  • Collaborate with the Estates team to plan and coordinate scheduled maintenance and refurbishment projects.
  • Contribute to a positive work environment by demonstrating professionalism, teamwork, and a strong customer service attitude. Required Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience in estates management or related facilities maintenance role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building systems, equipment, and safety regulations.
  • Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks independently, as well as manage larger repair projects when necessary.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
  • Flexibility to work during normal business hours with occasional overtime or weekend work as needed.
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record, as some travel between sites may be required.
  • Proficiency in using maintenance management software or similar systems is desirable but not essential.
