FP&A Analyst | Job in Monmouthshire

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis to continually improve our financial management processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, M.S. in Finance) is preferred but not required.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling tools (Excel, Hyperion, Adaptive Insights) and business intelligence software (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
