- Proven experience as a Home Manager, Deputy Home Manager, or other similar role within the social care sector.

- A strong understanding of relevant regulations, policies, and quality standards in residential care homes.

Qualifications and Skills
*Registered Manager's Award (RMA)/Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children's Young People's Services *
Proven understanding of regulatory requirements, policies, procedures, and best practices to effectively manage a residential care home.
*Experience in Home Management
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role with a demonstrable track record of successfully managing the day-to-day operations of a care home, including staff supervision, resident care, and compliance with regulations.
*Level 5 Diploma in Management
Demonstrates strong leadership and management skills, strategic planning, decision-making abilities, and business acumen.
*Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups (SVG) Certification
Understanding of safeguarding children and adults at risk policies and procedures, ensuring a safe environment for all residents.
*First Aid at Work Certificate
Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations.

- Experience of working within a regulated environment and understanding of CQC (Care Quality Commission) regulations and requirements.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to liaise effectively with service users, their families, staff members, and external stakeholders.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as required.
