  • : Generate comprehensive reports on a variety of HR metrics, including headcount, turnover rates, diversity statistics, and other key performance indicators (KPIs). Communicate findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
  • *Analysis
  • : Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Provide recommendations based on these insights to support strategic decision-making and drive organizational effectiveness.
  • *Compliance
  • : Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and standards regarding data collection, storage, and reporting. Stay abreast of changes in legislation and adjust procedures accordingly.
  • *System Management
  • : Oversee the maintenance and optimization of our HRIS system, ensuring its efficiency and effectiveness in supporting our HR processes. Liaise with IT departments as necessary for technical support or system upgrades.
