*Responsibilities: *

• Perform a variety of cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming to keep the premises in a clean and orderly state.
• Use cleaning equipment and chemical solutions safely and effectively, ensuring all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is used as required.
• Carry out regular waste disposal and ensure that all recyclable materials are sorted and disposed of appropriately.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, maintaining floor surfaces, and checking the functionality of cleaning equipment.
• Undertake deep cleaning tasks when required, such as carpet cleaning, window cleaning, and the decontamination of high-touch areas.
• Follow all health and safety procedures and report any hazards or incidents promptly to the relevant person.
• Work cooperatively with other team members, assisting where necessary to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
• Maintain confidentiality at all times regarding sensitive information encountered during the course of your duties.

*Requirements: *

• Previous experience as a cleaner or janitor, ideally within a similar environment.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• The ability to work flexibly, including during peak times and on weekends when necessary.
• Awareness of health and safety regulations and the ability to follow these guidelines at all times.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling you to liaise effectively with team members and supervisors.
• The physical ability to carry out cleaning tasks efficiently, including the use of cleaning equipment and the handling of chemicals.
