The AIML - Machine Learning Manager for Siri is a pivotal role within our dynamic and cutting-edge technology team, focusing on the development and enhancement of Siri, Apple's intelligent assistant. • Work with senior leadership to develop short- and long-term roadmaps for Siri's machine learning capabilities.
• Contribute to the broader AI/ML community by publishing papers, speaking at conferences, and collaborating on open-source projects.
• Ensure that Siri's machine learning algorithms adhere to Apple's high standards for privacy and security.

*Requirements: *

• Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Machine Learning Manager, with at least 5 years of hands-on machine learning development experience.
• Strong background in natural language processing (NLP) and speech recognition.
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar machine learning frameworks.
• Experience leading and mentoring machine learning teams.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• A deep understanding of data management principles and experience working with large datasets.
• Familiarity with Apple's development ecosystem (Swift, iOS) is a plus.
