Provide high-quality care and support to children within our early years setting.
Implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework effectively to ensure the best possible outcomes for all children.
Plan, prepare and deliver engaging learning activities that cater to the individual needs and interests of each child.
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment.
Contribute to the cleanliness, safety, and organization of our early years setting.
Collaborate with the team to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day activities.
A minimum of five GCSEs at grades 9-4 (A
- C), including English Language and Mathematics.
A genuine interest in child development and education, with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to build positive relationships.
Creativity and initiative, with the ability to plan and deliver engaging learning activities.
A commitment to providing high-quality care and support for young children.
A willingness to undertake an apprenticeship program, gaining a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification.
