*Role Specific - Apprentice HR Information Systems - Level 3 *

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our HR team as an Apprentice HR Information Systems Specialist. This role will provide you with the unique chance to gain hands-on experience in HRIS while earning a salary and working towards a nationally recognized qualification.

*Responsibilities *

• Assisting in the day-to-day operation of our HR Information Systems
• Liaising with various departments to ensure effective data management
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our HR systems
• Supporting the HR team in data analysis and reporting tasks
• Learning and applying relevant HRIS software and tools

*Qualifications *

• A genuine interest in HR and IT is essential
• Five GCSEs at grades 9-4 (A

• • C) or equivalent including English Language and Maths

• A desire to learn, develop, and progress within a dynamic organization
