We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to join our team in Shetland. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple locations within the region, ensuring operational excellence, driving growth, and fostering a positive work environment.

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the area operations, ensuring that all sites meet or exceed their financial, operational, and service quality targets.

• Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to expand our business in the region. This includes market analysis, competitor research, and partnership development.

• *Team Management:

• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement. Recruit, train, and develop team members to reach their full potential.

• *Operational Excellence:

• Oversee the daily operations of all sites, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Implement processes and systems to improve efficiency and productivity.

• *Financial Management:

• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting for the area. Ensure that all sites operate within their budget constraints and make data-driven decisions to optimize financial outcomes.

• *Customer Service:

• *Education:

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a multi-site environment. Proven experience in strategic planning, financial management, and team leadership is essential.
