• Strong Portfolio: A robust and diverse portfolio showcasing creativity, technical ability, and a deep understanding of design principles across various media. This includes, but is not limited to, branding, packaging, digital design, advertising, and illustration.

• Leadership: Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster their creative growth while ensuring projects are delivered on time and to high standards.

• Conceptual Thinking: Ability to develop innovative and engaging concepts that resonate with our target audience and align with the brand's values and strategic objectives.

• Project Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines consistently.

• Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills, including the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and sales to ensure the successful execution of design initiatives.

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate design decisions clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Knowledge of Design Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or similar design software. Knowledge of 3D modeling software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D) would be a bonus.

• Understanding of Brand Identity: Deep understanding of brand identity and its role in creating memorable and consistent experiences for customers across various touchpoints.

• Market Awareness: Familiarity with current design trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics, particularly within the toy and collectibles industry.

• Agility: Ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements, feedback, and project scope. Willingness to learn new skills and technologies as needed.
