Job Title: Audit Senior

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage various assignments, including financial audits, due diligence reviews, and special projects for clients within the assigned industry groups.

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of audit engagements to ensure compliance with professional standards and deadlines.

  • Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and coaching on technical matters, audit processes, and professional development.

  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with clients by providing superior client service, understanding their business needs, and communicating effectively.

  • Prepare financial statements, schedules, and other reports related to audits or special assignments, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  • Identify and assess risks and design and implement responses to mitigate these risks in a cost-effective manner.

  • Demonstrate professional skepticism and professional judgment throughout all aspects of the audit engagement.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the firm's quality initiatives, including internal control review procedures, and participate in practice development activities.

  • Stay current with new accounting, auditing, and regulatory developments and apply this knowledge during engagements as needed.

  • Participate in recruiting efforts for the audit department and contribute to the overall success of the firm through active participation in various firm committees.
