We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bank Registered Nurse with a specialization in Mental Health Inpatient care to join our team at the heart of East England. - Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care and support for patients.
- Contributing to the development, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Actively participating in risk assessments and safeguarding duties.
- Promoting a therapeutic environment conducive to recovery and wellbeing.
- Participating in ongoing professional development to expand your knowledge and skills.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications and competencies:
- Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Registered Mental Health Nurse.
- Extensive experience in a mental health inpatient setting.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Commitment to promoting patient dignity, respect, and privacy.
- Sensitivity and understanding when working with individuals experiencing mental health challenges.
- A proactive approach to professional development, including maintaining up-to-date knowledge of mental health practice and policy.
- Flexibility to work on various shifts, as required by the service.
