Daily Responsibilities
Court Preparation and Management:
- Prepare courtrooms for hearings by setting up necessary equipment, arranging seating, and ensuring the environment is conducive to efficient judicial proceedings.
- Coordinate with legal personnel, including judges, lawyers, and probation officers, to ensure all required documents are available for each hearing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of court proceedings, decisions, and dispositions in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Case Management:
- Collaborate with the Youth Justice Service team to assess, monitor, and manage cases according to the needs of young offenders, ensuring they receive appropriate support and interventions.
