Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working within the North East region, preferably in similar roles for medium to large-sized organizations
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements
• Previous experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Understanding of DevOps principles and practices
• Experience with software development methodologies like Extreme Programming (XP), Test-driven Development (TDD), or Behavior-driven Development (BDD)
• Familiarity with modern front-end technologies such as React, AngularJS, Vue.js, or similar frameworks
• Previous experience in Agile coaching, mentoring, or leading cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and the ability to work closely with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure successful implementation of projects
• Proven record of driving process improvements, reducing costs, and increasing efficiency within an organization.

*Qualifications: *

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Management Consultant, Systems Analyst, or a similar role within the business sector.
• Strong understanding of business process modeling and analysis methodologies, including BPMN, UML, and Agile.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to inform decision-making.
• Proficient in using software development tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with industry-specific business practices and trends, especially within the North East region, is a strong advantage.
