- Understanding of DevOps principles and practices
- Experience with software development methodologies like Extreme Programming (XP), Test-driven Development (TDD), or Behavior-driven Development (BDD)
- Familiarity with modern front-end technologies such as React, AngularJS, Vue.js, or similar frameworks
- Previous experience in Agile coaching, mentoring, or leading cross-functional teams
