- Create and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for various departments, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.
- Conduct data mining and deep-dive analysis on ad-hoc requests as necessary.
- Provide recommendations to the management team based on data findings and insights gained.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and new technologies in business intelligence.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and development of our BI capabilities.
*Qualifications: *
- Bachelor's degree in Business Intelligence, Data Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy).
- Experience in SQL and data modeling is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of machine learning and predictive analytics is a plus.

Daily Responsibilities
As a Business Intelligence Analyst in the North West region, your primary responsibilities will involve:
Data Analysis: Regularly analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement within our organization.
Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and dashboards that effectively visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and other relevant metrics to guide strategic decision-making.
Data Modeling and Database Management: Design, build, and maintain business intelligence data models and databases for accurate data reporting and analysis.
Business Intelligence Solutions Development: Develop and implement Business Intelligence solutions using various tools like Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView to enhance data-driven decision making.
Data Governance: Ensure that all data collection, storage, usage, sharing, and deletion comply with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices for data governance.
Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with various departments across the organization to understand their data needs, provide analytical insights, and offer recommendations for improvement.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest developments in Business Intelligence, Big Data, and analytics to continually improve processes, tools, and techniques used within the department.
Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, setting priorities, meeting deadlines, and ensuring efficient use of resources to deliver high-quality results.
Training and Support: Provide guidance and support to other team members in their use of Business Intelligence tools and techniques, as well as best practices for data analysis and reporting.
