The successful candidate will be an outstanding professional with a proven track record in business development and partnership management. You will have a strong understanding of the North East market and its unique dynamics, as well as the ability to identify and seize new opportunities for growth.

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key partners across various industries

• Identify and pursue new business development opportunities in line with our overall strategy

• Collaborate with internal teams to drive successful project delivery and client satisfaction

• Provide market insights and intelligence to inform strategic decision-making

• Contribute to the development of partnership proposals and agreements

• Regularly report on performance against agreed objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is highly desirable

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or partnership management, ideally within the North East region

• Proven track record of success in identifying and securing new business opportunities

• Strong networking and relationship-building skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and other relevant software
