Business Processes Senior Consultant | Job in Blaenau Gwent

As a Business Processes Senior Consultant, the following skills are essential:

  • Business Process Improvement: Expertise in analyzing and optimizing business processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance. Familiarity with methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or BPMN is highly desirable.

  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex projects from initiation to closure, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery within budget and timeline constraints.

  • Consulting Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Ability to develop and implement effective solutions to business challenges. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for presenting findings, recommendations, and strategies to clients.

  • Stakeholder Management: Experience in managing relationships with senior executives and various stakeholders within an organization. Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence decision-making processes at all levels.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in business process modeling tools (e.g., ARIS, BPM Online), data analysis software (e.g., Excel, SQL), and project management software (e.g., MS Project). Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is a plus.

  • Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of various industries, particularly those in Wales or the UK, to provide relevant advice and solutions tailored to clients' specific needs.

  • Change Management: Ability to lead change initiatives, manage resistance to change, and effectively communicate the benefits of proposed changes to stakeholders.

  • Continuous Learning: A commitment to keeping up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies that can be applied to improve business processes.

  • Client Relationship Management: Ability to build strong relationships with clients, understand their unique challenges, and deliver high-quality services that exceed their expectations.

  • Leadership: Experience in leading teams, guiding junior consultants, and mentoring colleagues to ensure the successful delivery of projects and continuous improvement of the team's capabilities.
