Charity Fundraiser | Job in Lincolnshire

*Qualifications and Skills *

*Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Non-profit Studies) or equivalent experience is required. *

*Proven track record of success in fundraising for charitable organizations *

*Strong understanding of various fundraising strategies and techniques *

*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling fundraising narratives *

*Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with donors *

*Experience in creating and executing fundraising campaigns, events, or appeals *

*Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously *

*Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently *

*Knowledge of regional charities and local communities within the East Midlands is desirable *

*Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, when needed *

*Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM systems, and other fundraising software is essential *

*A genuine passion for the charity sector and a commitment to making a positive impact in the community *

*Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel within the East Midlands region *

*Willingness to undergo background checks as part of our screening process. *
