Purpose of Role
In the dynamic culinary landscape of London, our esteemed establishment is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our team, working during the daytime hours with an attractive live-in option. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests while working alongside a talented team of professionals.
Assist the Senior Chefs in managing the kitchen's daily operations, ensuring a high standard of food quality is maintained at all times.
Prepare, cook and present dishes using seasonal and locally sourced ingredients, adhering to the established menu and any special requests.
Collaborate with the wider culinary team to maintain an efficient workflow, ensuring dishes are served on time and presented beautifully.
Keep a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to hygiene standards and health & safety regulations at all times.
Develop and improve your skills through continuous learning and professional development opportunities provided by the establishment.
Support the team during busy periods, such as special events or peak dining hours, ensuring service is seamless and guest satisfaction is consistently high.
Actively participate in menu development and tastings, contributing innovative ideas to keep our culinary offerings fresh and exciting.
Collaborate with the Front of House staff to ensure excellent communication and delivery of dishes to our guests.
Live on-site as part of a supportive and friendly team, making full use of the live-in accommodation provided (optional).
Proven experience working as a Chef de Partie or similar role within a high-quality dining establishment.
Strong culinary skills, with an understanding of classic techniques and the ability to create dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Passion for food and cooking, with a desire to continuously develop your skills and knowledge.
