We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our dynamic team in the South West region. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating exceptional culinary experiences for our guests, while managing the kitchen operations with efficiency and precision.

  • Develop and implement innovative menus that showcase seasonal ingredients and adhere to dietary restrictions

  • Manage inventory control, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimal food waste

  • Collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service and guest satisfaction

  • Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment

  • Adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace

  • Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development within the culinary industry

  • Proven experience as a Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant or catering environment

  • Strong knowledge of local, national, and international culinary trends

  • Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate a team
