Primary Duties

In this role as a Cleaner based in the South West region, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment that promotes productivity and well-being. Your primary duties will include but are not limited to:

• Cleaning Assignments: Perform cleaning tasks on scheduled routes, ensuring all areas are consistently cleaned to high standards. This may include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, emptying trash, and sanitizing surfaces.

• Hygiene Maintenance: Ensure the facilities meet health and safety requirements by adhering to established procedures for waste removal, pest control, and maintaining clean restrooms.

• Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine preventative maintenance on cleaning equipment and report any needed repairs or replacements in a timely manner.

• Special Cleaning Projects: Assist with special projects such as event set-up/cleanup, deep cleaning of carpets, floors, windows, and walls as required.

• Inventory Management: Manage and order cleaning supplies as needed to ensure an adequate supply is available.

• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols. Report any hazards or incidents immediately to the appropriate personnel.

• Customer Service: Greet guests, tenants, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, answering any questions about the facility as needed.

• Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training programs to learn and utilize new techniques, tools, and technologies for improved efficiency and effectiveness.

• Work Schedule Flexibility: Work during regular business hours, weekends, and holidays as necessary to ensure a consistent cleaning schedule.
