*Key Responsibilities: *

• Carry out daily cleaning tasks effectively and efficiently across various areas within the organization, including but not limited to offices, common areas, bathrooms, and kitchen facilities.
• Employ a detailed approach in cleaning, ensuring all surfaces are thoroughly sanitized, and maintaining a high level of cleanliness at all times.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, such as vacuum cleaners, mops, buckets, and cleaning chemicals, to ensure their optimal functioning.
• Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or issues promptly to the Facilities Manager.
• Adhere strictly to our company's health and safety guidelines, ensuring a safe and secure working environment for all staff and visitors.
• Collaborate with the Facilities team in carrying out special cleaning tasks when required, such as deep cleans during office closures or after-hours events.
• Provide an excellent customer service experience by being responsive, friendly, and approachable to all staff and visitors.

*Qualifications: *

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
• A strong work ethic, with the ability to work efficiently and accurately, particularly under pressure.
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness consistently.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling you to liaise effectively with colleagues, managers, and visitors.
• A flexible approach to work, including the ability to work outside of normal office hours when necessary.

• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that cleaning equipment and supplies are in good working condition. Report any necessary repairs or replenishments promptly to the facilities manager.

• Waste Management: Manage waste disposal efficiently by sorting, collecting, and disposing of trash in designated areas. This includes recyclables when applicable.

• Sanitization: Use appropriate cleaning solutions to sanitize high-touch surfaces regularly. This is crucial for preventing the spread of germs and promoting a healthy work environment.

• Special Cleaning Tasks: Perform special cleaning tasks as needed, such as carpet cleaning, window washing, or power washing exterior areas.

• Stock Management: Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and order more when necessary. Ensure that supplies are readily available for all staff members.

• Health and Safety Compliance: Follow all health and safety procedures while performing cleaning tasks. This includes the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to chemical handling guidelines.

• Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring that no area is overlooked during your cleaning routines.

• Reporting Issues: Identify any issues or concerns in the facilities and report them promptly to the facilities manager for resolution.

• Flexibility: Be prepared to work during various shifts as needed, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays, to ensure our facilities are always clean and ready for use.
