  • Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of compliance training programs for employees.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and identify potential compliance issues, devising strategies to mitigate risks effectively.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of compliance activities, audit findings, and corrective actions taken to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Collaborate with external regulatory bodies as required, preparing necessary reports and documents accurately and on time.
  • Stay informed about changes in relevant regulations and industry best practices, updating policies and procedures accordingly.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of compliance processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

*Requirements: *

  • Proven experience as a Compliance Administrator or similar role within a regulated industry.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements relevant to the financial services sector.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
  • Degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field is desirable. Professional certifications such as ICA Diploma in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) are a plus.
  • Knowledge of compliance management systems and relevant software applications is beneficial.
