Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a designated portfolio of high-value client relationships, providing exceptional service to maintain and grow these accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand and anticipate clients' needs, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Develop and implement customer retention strategies that drive loyalty and advocacy among our client base.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, maintaining regular communication to build and strengthen relationships.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts, contributing to the growth of our business.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a Customer Relationship Management role, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think strategically about client needs.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving customer satisfaction and retention goals.
  • A proactive attitude, with the ability to identify and pursue opportunities for growth within existing client accounts.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
