Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Knowledge of customer service metrics and KPIs.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
Flexibility to work during peak customer service hours, which may include evenings and weekends.
Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and grace.
