Welcome to our esteemed Early Years Setting, located in the vibrant and family-friendly region of North West England. We are currently seeking an exceptional Early Years Practitioner to join our dedicated team, contributing to the development and wellbeing of young children aged 0-5 years.

We offer a fun, stimulating, and safe space for children to explore, play, and engage in a wide variety of activities that promote physical, social, emotional, cognitive, and linguistic development.

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will be responsible for:

• Providing high-quality care and education for our young learners
• Observing, assessing, and planning for the individual needs of each child
• Building positive relationships with children and their families
• Contributing to a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment
• Engaging in fun and creative activities that support the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
• Collaborating with fellow practitioners, managers, and other professionals as needed

We are looking for an individual who:

• Has a minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare and Education or equivalent (e.g., NNEB, CACHE Diploma in Childcare and Education)
• Has experience working with children aged 0-5 years
• Demonstrates excellent knowledge of the EYFS framework
• Possesses strong communication skills and a commitment to building positive relationships
• Is able to work effectively as part of a team
• Shows creativity, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for child development
• Has a willingness to participate in ongoing professional development
