Carry out routine and reactive maintenance on electrical equipment, systems, and machinery within the factory.
Identify potential equipment problems before they lead to breakdowns, implementing corrective measures promptly.
Collaborate with our engineering team to ensure all work follows established safety protocols and complies with relevant industry standards.
Assist in the design, installation, and testing of new electrical systems where required.
Contribute to continuous improvement projects aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing downtime.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and generate reports as necessary.
Provide technical support and guidance to our operational staff when needed.
A recognized qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field (HND, HNC, or Degree).
Proven experience within an industrial maintenance environment, ideally with a focus on electrical systems.
Excellent working knowledge of electrical principles, machinery, and control systems.
Familiarity with the latest safety regulations and best practices in electrical maintenance.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Proficiency in using hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and computer software for troubleshooting and maintenance tasks.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical colleagues.
