A seasoned and results-driven Electrical Supervisor with extensive experience in the electrical industry is sought for a challenging role within our organization based in East Midlands. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing, planning, and executing all electrical projects to ensure adherence to safety standards, quality, and timelines.

• Oversee day-to-day electrical operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project requirements.

• Coordinate with the project team to develop comprehensive work plans and schedules for all electrical tasks.

• Conduct regular inspections of work areas to ensure adherence to safety guidelines and identify potential hazards or issues.

• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to troubleshoot electrical problems, recommend solutions, and implement corrective actions.

• Supervise a team of electricians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to promote professional growth and improve overall productivity.

• Review project documentation, including blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications, to ensure accuracy and applicability.

• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors to maintain positive working relationships and resolve any issues that may arise during projects.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and best practices in all aspects of work.

• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or similar role within the electrical industry (minimum 5 years).

• Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and safety regulations.

• Strong understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical specifications.

• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines.

• Proficiency in using electrical tools, equipment, and software.

• Valid electrical certification or license, as applicable within the region.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

• Aptitude for continuous learning and adaptation to new technologies and industry trends.

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

• Experience working within the East Midlands region.

• Knowledge of local electrical codes, regulations, and standards.

• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

• Certification as a Lead Electrician or Master Electrician.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.

• Proven track record of successfully managing complex electrical projects from inception to completion.
