Daily Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong and effective relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to update them on the progress of ongoing recruitment projects.
  • Develop and grow your own client base through proactive sales activities such as cold calling, networking events, and business development strategies.

Candidate Attraction and Screening

  • Source potential candidates from various channels, including job boards, social media, databases, and professional networks.
  • Screen applications, resumes, and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess a candidate's suitability based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Interview Coordination

  • Schedule interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring all parties are well-prepared and informed.
  • Provide feedback to both clients and candidates following each interview, helping to manage expectations and progress recruitment projects effectively.

Job Advertising and Posting

  • Draft compelling job advertisements that accurately represent the roles on offer and attract high-quality candidates.
  • Post job advertisements on relevant job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment websites.
  • Utilize the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage job postings and applications efficiently.
