Functional Assessor | Job in Berkshire

We are seeking a compassionate and professional Functional Assessor to join our team in South East, United Kingdom.   • Conducting functional assessments for individuals with various physical and mental health conditions according to company guidelines and quality standards.

  • Working flexibly across our South East locations as required by the business needs.

  • Degree or equivalent in a relevant field (Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Nursing, Psychology).

  • Registration with a professional body such as the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), General Social Care Council (GSCC) or Royal College of Nursing (RCN).

  • Proven experience in conducting functional assessments within a healthcare or social care setting.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and report-writing skills.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make objective decisions based on evidence.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Demonstrated empathy, respect, and cultural sensitivity towards people from diverse backgrounds.

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant digital tools.

  • Willingness to work flexibly across our South East locations as required by the business needs.

  • Eligibility to work permanently in the United Kingdom.
