Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef within a busy restaurant environment.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
A passion for food, with an understanding of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavors.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure during busy periods.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with team members, suppliers, and management.

A strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
