• Proven experience in a Head of Transformation or equivalent role within a large organization.

• Excellent strategic thinking ability, with the capacity to develop and implement transformation plans that deliver measurable results.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of an organization.

• A deep understanding of business processes and operational efficiency, with a focus on continuous improvement.

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate data and make informed decisions.

• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in transformation management.

• A degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, coupled with relevant professional certifications (such as PMP, Six Sigma, or Lean) is highly desirable.
