HR and Payroll Graduate | Job in Highland
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious HR & Payroll Graduate to join our dynamic team in Highland. Assist with various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and policy development.
Collaborate with the Payroll team to ensure accurate processing and timely distribution of payroll for all employees.
Participate in the maintenance and update of employee records within our HRIS system.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives that align with our strategic objectives.
Provide administrative support as needed, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing documentation.
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and compliance requirements in both HR and Payroll.
Participate in projects and tasks assigned by the HR Manager or other senior team members.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information related to employees.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and payroll processes.
Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in HR and Payroll.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Relevant work experience in an HR or Payroll role.
Experience using HRIS systems such as Workday, Oracle, or SAP.
