Skill Set

  • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and procedures, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in using HR software systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday or BambooHR is highly desirable.

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach to address employee inquiries and concerns efficiently.

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of an HR team, as well as independently when necessary.

  • Knowledge of Welsh labor laws, employment legislation, and best practices is beneficial.

  • Experience working within a multinational or diverse work environment.

  • Familiarity with employee engagement initiatives and strategies.

  • Understanding of performance management principles and processes.

  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the workplace.

  • Ability to speak Welsh is an advantage but not essential for this role. However, a willingness to learn and adapt is important.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems. Experience with cloud-based solutions is a plus.
