As an HR/People Services Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR administrative tasks, maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment activities, and providing general support to our HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation.
- Support the recruitment process, including advertising vacancies, reviewing applications, and scheduling interviews.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including data entry and report generation.
- Liaise with employees and managers to address HR-related queries and issues.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our HR services by identifying areas for streamlining processes and implementing best practices.

Skill Requirements
