As an Incident Response Identity Consultant, you will play a critical role in securing and maintaining our organization's Active Directory environment. Your primary responsibility will be to respond effectively to cybersecurity incidents, ensuring minimal impact on the business while adhering to best practices and compliance requirements.

• Investigate, analyze, and resolve cybersecurity incidents related to Active Directory.
• Collaborate with the incident response team to contain and mitigate the impact of incidents.
• Develop and implement improvements to our Active Directory security policies and procedures.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the wider IT team in maintaining secure Active Directory environments.
• Monitor and report on Active Directory health, performance, and security metrics.
• Stay updated on cybersecurity trends and threats, particularly those related to Active Directory.
• Participate in post-incident reviews to identify opportunities for improvement.

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Incident Response Consultant or similar role.

• Extensive knowledge of Active Directory and related technologies.

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity incident response best practices.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.

• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

• Familiarity with compliance requirements, such as GDPR, is a plus.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE: Directory Services, CompTIA Security+) are highly desirable.
