We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced IPAF Operator to join our dynamic team based in the West Midlands.

*Responsibilities: *

• Operate IPAF machinery safely, efficiently, and productively according to company policies and procedures.
• Inspect IPAF equipment prior to use and report any defects or concerns.
• Follow safe working practices and adhere to site rules to ensure a safe working environment for yourself, your colleagues, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the project team to complete tasks effectively and meet project deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records of IPAF equipment usage and perform routine maintenance as required.
• Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, and training sessions to improve knowledge and skills.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Assist in the assembly and dismantling of access platforms when necessary.

*Requirements: *

• Proven experience as an IPAF Operator or similar role within the construction industry.
• Valid IPAF license (preferably Powered Access Level 3).
• Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations in a construction environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work additional hours as required by the project demands.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
