• Provide efficient and effective application support to internal customers, troubleshooting issues as they arise and working proactively to prevent future problems.

• Collaborate with IT teams to understand the technology landscape, ensuring applications are integrated effectively and efficiently.

• Continuously monitor and maintain our application systems, making adjustments as necessary to optimize performance and uptime.

• Participate in project work as required, assisting in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of new or updated applications.

• Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to address any technical issues that may arise during the course of your work.

• A degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience as an Application Support Analyst, preferably within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues.

• Proficiency in various programming languages and databases, including but not limited to Java, .NET, SQL Server, and Oracle.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
