Welcome to our 2025 Veterinary Graduate Development Programme! We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate individual to join our team in Wales. This programme is designed for recent graduates who are eager to embark on an exciting career in veterinary medicine, with a commitment to delivering exceptional care to our animal patients and outstanding service to our clients.

  • A degree in Veterinary Medicine from a recognized university.

  • Registered (or eligible for registration) with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS).

  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of veterinary medicine, animal health, and welfare.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients and team members.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Demonstrated empathy, patience, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care to animals.

  • Proficient in current veterinary practice software (e.g., IDEXX, Vetsuite) for patient record keeping and management.

  • A passion for veterinary medicine and a desire to grow professionally.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn from experienced professionals in the field.

  • Collaborative spirit, with an ability to work effectively as part of a team.

  • Strong ethical standards, upholding our practice's values and adhering to RCVS guidelines.

  • Willingness to commit to a 12-month programme, starting in the summer of 2025.

  • Flexibility to work across different veterinary clinics within our Wales region during the programme.
